Crazy Love

I had the honor of photographing the union of Tony & Rachel (Sansom) Portuguez last week.  I am so happy for them both - if there is any couple who deserves a truly happy, love-filled marriage it is Rachel and Tony!  The have this crazy love for one another and it shows in the way they are when they are in each other's presence.  I wish them both a long, blissful marriage together!

Guess what?!  I found a mini-studio.  That's right - right in my own home - it's there.  Perfect for children, newborns, couples, etc. Sorry - families of up-teenth persons need not apply for this (we'll work it out in an even snazzier...um, bigger....location!)  If you're wanting that "studio" look - we can make it work!  I'll be working on adding more backgrounds to the repertoire - special requests encouraged!!!  Want to see examples? My pleasure!   I had my daughter do a little model demonstration for you last night after dinner...she's always such a trooper!

Alice in Wonderland

The biggest compliment I've ever received - that my name was like "Alice" from Alice in Wonderland. *sigh* For those who don't know me, that's my favorite book/movie of all time.  Suffice it to say, I was then called "Alice" for the rest of that photoshoot and when editing these photos, I truly did feel like I was in wonderland.  These counsins' eyes are like far off galaxies, sparkling and pixie-like.  I nearly drowned in them ~ trust me, you will see what I mean!  I had so much fun at this shoot and I was honored to get to capture such pure childlike innocence, joy and FUN!

BEWARE - Now Entering Toddler Zone

She knows who "pum-bob" is (translation = spongebob), refuses to hold my hand when walking, sneaks random Hannah Montana and/or "puppy with curiously large eyes" themed paper goods into the bottom of my shopping cart and now prefers french fries over anything green, orange or other hue of vegetable.  HELP.

But how can you resist this face?????.........
