Ah, little boys.  What do they do?  They explore and excitedly point out airplanes and give their mommies a good chase and ride tricycles and give the bestest of hugs and swing really high and play with rocks and karate jump and eat donuts for their birthdays.  At least that's what Jackson does.  Here's a peek into his life:

My baby turns three this week.  Oh, my heart.  My last baby will no longer be a baby this year.  This week!  All through my pregnancy and these past three years, she has proven over and over that things would not be easy for us.  We will butt heads and we will fight, we will cry through our frustrations and we will love passionately.  If ever there was a child after my own heart, it is her.   She loves aggressively and is tenacious in what she believes.  She never backs down from her true self.  Words fail me in my expression of love for this child....

I have known this sweet girl for quite some time and I was super excited and honored when she asked me to photograph her and her fiance's engagement photos.  This is a beautiful example of how a really good, no, fabulous photoshoot should go - just them being themselves, laughing and having fun, connecting with one another with little to no direction from me.  It was pure chemistry - not just between the two of them - but between client and photographer.  I wish only the very best for this happy couple!
