Get ready world, Stella Mae is gon' be coming into this world soon!  I had so much fun with this maternity shoot mostly because I feed off of creativity and this mama is definitely a creative person - that kind that makes my spirit hum and soar! I loved working with her on poses and ideas.  Congratulations to this sweet family on the soon-to-be arrival of their next baby girl!

Ava's loving preschool, Lydia is still being precious and a handful, I'm still spot mopping my floors with my toes and the sun is still painting our beaches beautiful. I am SO unbelievably excited to share photos from a recent e-session with you all.  Not only was it super fun, it was enormously creative on the bride-to-be's part.  I adore thematic portrait sessions and this couple decided to base their shoot on a most beloved book turned movie, "The Notebook".   I hope you enjoy these sneak peeks and BESTest of best luck to happy couple!

A,B,C, one, two, three, baby, you and me....

I guess I shouldn't be surprised anymore at the emotions that swell when my son's first day of school comes creeping around the corner as we've been through this 3 times now already.  A mixture of excitement over being able to drink a cup of coffee while its still hot and sadness knowing that my child is one step closer to being grown!  And don't even get me started on my sweet Ava starting Pre-K this year!  She's been my at-home buddy for four years now - I am going to miss our special time together though we haven't exactly been alone since Lulu came onto the scene.  She keeps reminding me how "Excited" she is and to "not be sad".  And I truly am excited - I am super pumped over both my children's teachers this year and am looking forward to a superb year for both of them!
